1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using Azora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
   If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

   Azora provides a cloud-based platform for document processing, data extraction, and scheduling of accounting and compliance tasks (including VAT, payroll, and other filings).

3. Account Registration

   You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Use of the Service

   • Use the platform only for lawful purposes related to your business activities.
   • Not upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or unrelated content.
   • Not use Azora in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.

5. Data Ownership

   You retain all rights to data and documents you upload.
   By using the service, you grant Vysor Innovation Limited a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze such data solely to provide the Azora service.

6. Data Processing

   Where applicable, Vysor acts as a data processor on behalf of the client, in accordance with GDPR and a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available upon request.

7. Service Availability

   We aim to ensure continuous availability of Azora but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
   Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

8. Disclaimer of Responsibility

   Azora provides tools for data management and scheduling; however:

   • We do not guarantee the accuracy of extracted data.
   • We are not responsible for missed filing deadlines, incorrect submissions, or any financial or tax consequences arising from use of the service.
   • Users remain solely responsible for verifying their data and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and deadlines.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law:

   • Vysor Innovation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data arising from use or inability to use Azora.
   • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Vysor for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

    All rights in and to the Azora platform, including software, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Vysor Innovation Limited or its licensors.

11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
    You may terminate your account at any time. Termination will not affect accrued rights or obligations.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
    Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

13. Amendments

    We may modify these Terms from time to time.
    The current version will always be published on azora.mt.
    Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
